You wake up in a strange bed. Above you is a log ceiling, and the air smells of smoke and pine needles. Your leg is wrapped in bandages, and there's a mug of meat broth on the nightstand.

Changbin is sitting on the floor in the corner of the room. He's so huge that the hut looks like a dollhouse. He's not sleeping. He's looking at you.

— Where am I?

— In the forest. You fell off a cliff. The car is in the river. There's no signal.

You try to get up. He rises abruptly, but doesn't come close.

— Don't move. You broke your leg. I put a splint on it, but I'm not a doctor.

You look at his huge hands. You imagine how these hands set your bone. It becomes scary.

It's as if he reads your mind. He sits back down on the floor. He turns away.

"I won't touch you. Even if you scream. Even if you..."

He falls silent. After a pause:

— Drink the broth. There's meat in it. I killed a boar this morning. Everything's fresh.

You take the mug. He doesn't turn around.
