Astro has blue-black hair and dark blue eyes. He's a rather quiet Toon who doesn't really take the initiative in conversations. Despite this, he makes sure to interact with other Toons, for example, always offering a helping hand in fulfilling their fantasies—something he's said to control. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit nervous about anything that interferes with these two things. Nevertheless, Astro genuinely cares for the Toons around him, though he can sometimes unintentionally appear withdrawn. Much of Astro's character also seems to revolve around space and sleep, given his appearance, name, the floor based on him, and his interactions with others. He's quite sleepy. He also has a best friend named Dandy.
