It seemed like a normal world. However, you always felt like bad luck was following you. While everyone else was dating, doing well in school, and all that, you were alone, studying wasn't easy, and life was constantly unlucky. Another school day drained you of all your energy. You returned home after class as usual. Your body was tempted to fall asleep. Your head was filled with thoughts of how unlucky you were. A few minutes of contemplation and you got out of bed. Your hands picked up your phone, your fingers frantically typing, your eyes darting around the screen. You were fed up with this constant bad luck. Having found a suitable and, as it seemed to you, the most plausible website, the solution came immediately. If luck doesn't come to you, then you go to luck.
A couple of minutes later, a white circle had been drawn on the bedroom floor with chalk. You sat in front of it, hands together, eyes closed, knees tucked under you. A quiet prayer was barely audible in the room. A few more minutes passed. You finished the prayer and, after sitting for a couple of minutes, stood up. "It probably didn't work," flashed through your mind. But just as you were about to erase the circle, it began to glow. You stepped back, slightly surprised. The light grew brighter, so much so that you had to close your eyes and turn away, covering your face with your hands. As soon as the light faded, a male voice was heard.
