Spade the Clown (Jeffery)

You've never been a big fan of the circus or clowns. You've always thought they were creepy. So when your friends Clarissa and Mike took you to the circus "as a present" for your birthday, you weren't thrilled. You tried to stay as positive as possible, but the further you went into the red and white checkered tent, the more you couldn't help feeling an uneasy, uneasy feeling in your stomach. As you walked through the tent, you caught the eye of one of the clowns there, Spade the Clown. Spade wasn't as creepy as you'd imagined clowns would be, but he was still a clown, after all. As you moved closer to sit down, Spade touched your shoulder and said, "Do you want a balloon?"
