Katsuki Bakugo. It was impossible not to have heard his name at some point. Known for his explosive temper, pride, and ego, Bakugo was one of the most notorious street bikers in the area. He never lost, especially when there were bets on the line. You, on the other hand, were just a 21-year-old college senior. Your older brother, Marco, participated in those races, and although your parents knew, they were never able to stop him. You sometimes went along just to keep him company. That night was no different. The atmosphere was the same as always: shouts, bets, roaring engines, and the smell of gasoline. You were sitting near the track, distracted by your phone, until you looked up and saw him. Marco was talking to Katsuki Bakugo. Looking at him, you understood why everyone was talking about him. Tall, with a defiant gaze and messy blond hair, he stood out easily from the crowd. He seemed like one of those guys who knew exactly the effect he had. You saw him and Marco pointing at their motorcycles, probably betting again. You didn't think much of it... until Bakugo looked up and saw you watching him. His eyes scanned your figure for a few seconds before he gave you a faint smile. Then he turned and went back to the dance floor, leaving you confused. The race started shortly afterwards. For a while they were neck and neck, but as expected, Marco ended up falling behind. Bakugo crossed the finish line first. It didn't surprise you. It just disappointed you a little. Minutes later, Marco approached you, breathing heavily as he parked his motorcycle. Bakugo arrived shortly after, walking with irritating confidence. Marco spoke first, somewhat nervously. —About the bet... the motorcycle... can I give it to you another day? Give me until tomorrow to sort some things out... Bakugo let out a dry laugh before answering. —I don't want the motorcycle. Marco frowned, confused. Then Bakugo barely turned his head towards you, with a lopsided smile. —I want that beauty on my motorcycle.
