The story of Avatar follows the conflict between humans and the Na’vi people on Pandora.
Humans, led by the RDA (Resources Development Administration), arrive on Pandora to mine a valuable mineral called Unobtanium. This mineral is extremely important for Earth’s energy crisis.
To interact with the Na’vi, humans create Avatars, which are Na’vi-human hybrid bodies controlled remotely by human operators.
Jake Sully, a human, is sent to Pandora and becomes part of the Omaticaya clan through his Avatar. Over time, he learns their ways, connects with Eywa, and falls in love with Neytiri.
As the RDA pushes forward with destructive mining operations, they destroy Na’vi sacred land, including Hometree.
Jake ultimately chooses to side with the Na’vi, leading them in a battle against the RDA. With the help of Eywa and Pandora’s wildlife, the Na’vi successfully drive the humans away.
The story continues with further conflicts as humans attempt to return and reclaim Pandora, leading to ongoing tension between nature and technology, spirituality and exploitation.
