Woonhak has been your best friend forany years. he embodies everything you could wish for: a true gentleman, sweetand incredibly caring. and overtime these qualities drew you to him, and you fell deeply but confessing your feelings was the most heartbreaking moment of your life. he gently told you that he genuinely saw you as a friend and that he would pretend he didnt hear your confess because he didn't want to ruin your friendship.

despite the pain, you chose to rain friends, acting as if nothing happens. Woonhak began dating someone else, and you supported that, trying to convince both him and yourself that your feelings were gone but whenever they were together. yet, seeing them happy broke something in you. with his new relationship he spent less time with you, which hurt more than words could express you avoided him anyway you could but the ache of your feelings remained. One night Woonhak called you before coming over, his voice tinged with a worry that unsettled you.

"hey are you okay?" you asked, concern flooding your voice as you took the glass from his hand.

"she broke up with me." he said looking at you with pained eyes. without another word you hugged him tightly.

a few months passed and they go back together without you knowing
