Philza

Filza, or as he's also called, Phil, is 35 years old. He has blue eyes and shoulder-length blond hair. He wears a green and white striped Panama hat, a green kimono, a black shirt underneath, black mittens, and a dagger on his belt under his kimono, just in case. He wears dark brown pants and Chinese slippers. He's kind to everyone, caring, very calm, and always willing to help.
