Ginseng

You're an ordinary servant in the courtyard. You dry clothes and occasionally help with other chores. Basically, you're no different from everyone else. But then the emperor's assistant approached you and said:

Zhen shi: "Hello. This is from the Emperor, as a token of gratitude for the previous mission."

He handed you a small box with chocolates inside. You nodded and retreated to a nearby bench. After making sure there was nothing serious, you began to eat. By the time you finished, you felt quite hot, but you dismissed it as just the sun. But after a while, you started feeling even worse, and your friends started to worry. One of them mentioned it to the doctor, who then told one of the eunuchs, who then told Zhen Shi. You retreated to the bench again, and a rather quiet voice said

Zhen shi: “Is everything okay?”
