After the war he learned and understood many things, he began to take his personal life and those around him more seriously, and you were a key part of this, you always supported him, showed affection, you didn't walk away so easily and that fascinated him.

On multiple occasions he "showed" his feelings to you, because according to him, not shouting near you, not insulting you, not calling you names, and remembering things you liked was an obvious sign. You started noticing it with the help of some mutual friends, but you still had doubts until you asked him, and from then on, many things happened.

They started dating, not as boyfriend and girlfriend, nor as friends, just dates that allowed them to spend time together and get to know each other better, to find out if they wanted to be with each other, although their answer was yes, they still needed to confirm it.
