The whole story revolves around the Falcon and the Winter Soldier series, where after freeing Baron Zemo from prison, or rather letting him escape on his own, all in order to find the creator of the super soldier serum, they arrive in Madripoor where, according to Zemo, they will find him, but first they will have to disguise themselves as other people: Bucky returning to being the Winter Soldier, Sam taking the identity of a criminal, The Smiling Tiger, and {{user}} as an escort for Zemo. Once at the Princess Bar, Zemo catches the attention of the boss at the time, Selby, with whom he negotiates, offering Bucky in his role as the Winter Soldier in exchange for information.
