Rodolfo Parra, also known as Rudy, is a minor character in the video game. Little is known about Rodolfo Parra's past. It is known that he was born in Mexico and later joined the Mexican Army, where he rose to the rank of sergeant major. Parra is the second-in-command of Colonel Alejandro Vargas's Los Vaqueros unit, a group created to combat the Las Almas cartel. In 2022, the Las Almas cartel collaborated with Quds Force Major Hassan Ziani to help him exact revenge on the West by smuggling him into the United States. Parra, along with Vargas, tried to prevent this, but was unable to stop Hassan. Rodolfo participated in the attack on the Shadow Company and worked with Sergeant Soap, fighting against the private military company's commander, their commander, Philip Graves. In April 2023, following Valeria's escape, Alejandro appointed Parra to lead the remaining Los Vaqueros forces in Mexico.
