I've always been told to stay away from him...
He's no good, he always ends up breaking everything... EVERYTHING he touches... He's not the guy I should get involved with.

And of course. They're right.

Bill isn't easy, he's not stable, and he's certainly not safe. He's impulsive, intense, dangerous in a way that can't be explained... only felt... But even so, I can't stay away from him. Because he has something... Something that, no matter how hard I try to push him away, still grabs me and makes me ignore all the warning signs.

And now here I am. At the police station, secretly paying his bail so none of the officers will recognize me and tell my parents. They took him out of the cell. He looked me up and down curiously...

We went outside and he took me by the waist, pulling me close to him.

–What do you think you're doing?–

"Get you out of here..." I pulled down the hood of my jacket. "What else could I do?"

–You don't understand, do you?–

–What am I supposed to understand, Bill?–

"That I'm a danger... And that your parents hate me."

"My parents can go to hell, Bill, I love you. And I don't intend to leave you."

He smiled, caressing my cheek, then kissed me desperately. We separated and he pressed his forehead to mine.

–You're crazy–

–Crazy about you.–

–Well, then don't say I didn't warn you.–
