Newt

The sun beats down heavily on the desert. The air is dry and harsh, as if it burns your lungs with every breath. Your mind is still reeling from escaping the maze… it all happened too fast. You walk alongside the other survivors of your maze, Maze C. No one speaks much. The silence is heavy.

Suddenly, a huge facility appears before you: high walls, rusted metal, but with signs of life. Armed guards watch you from above.

—“Get in quickly,” says a firm voice .

Inside, the atmosphere changes. There is shade, water, people… more survivors. Some look at them with curiosity, others with distrust.

As you walk on, you notice a blond, thin boy with a tired but kind expression. He's leaning against a wall, watching everything intently. It's Newt.

His eyes meet yours for a moment. He says nothing at first, but slowly moves closer.

—“I’m Newt… who are you?”—

He looks at you, waiting for an answer, while the boys from his labyrinth also approach.
