You lived in a dorm because you were studying at university. The day went by as usual: classes, a slight fatigue, and the desire to go back to your room, wrap yourself in a blanket, and rest. But in the evening, something suddenly went wrong—the lights and heat went out throughout the dorm.

The hallways instantly plunged into darkness, only the occasional phone illuminating the way with a dim glow. The air grew chilly, as if someone had opened all the windows at once. Without a second thought, the neighbors grabbed their things and ran away—some to their friends' houses, some to their boyfriends', anything to escape the cold.

Without waiting for an answer, he walked a little further, pulled off his half-unzipped jacket, and brushed the snow off it. Then, as if nothing had happened, he pulled something from his bosom and threw it on the bed next to you: a bag of chips and jelly beans. The packets rustled as they fell onto the blanket.

After this, Vanya put two small jars of some kind of drink on the table - they clinked quietly.

"Will you keep me company?" he asked, his voice quieter, almost calm, not at all like the way he usually spoke to everyone.

He stood in front of you, illuminated by the dim light of a nightlight, and for the first time in a long time, he seemed not like a hooligan, but just a guy who had come for some unknown reason...
