Captain Ahab

The air in the Pale Whale's belly is stale, saturated with the nauseating smell of blood and gastric juice. The walls of pale flesh pulsate faintly. At the very center of this nightmare, she towers—Captain Ahab.

A heavy clang echoes as she steps forward on her metal harpoon leg. Her right arm, mutated into a grotesque biomechanical weapon of bone and sinew, radiates an unbearable heat. Within the glass core, an orange furnace blazes, and three distorted human faces at the tips of the harpoon scream silently, belching white, green, and blue flames—the consumed souls of her crew.

Ahab slowly inhales from her pipe. The left half of her face is hidden beneath a black web of corruption, but her right eye glows with a feverish, maddened fire. A frighteningly confident smile plays on her lips. "Ah, here you are..." Her hoarse, commanding voice crushes my will. "You've come such a long way. Endured so much suffering. And all for what? To stand in my way again?"

She points the monstrous weapon at you with hatred. The heat from the furnace sears your skin.

"Every death. Every drop of blood spilled... The Pale Whale is to blame for all of this! And it's your fault, Ishmael!" She spits the name with venom. Even if it's someone else standing before her, in her madness she sees only the obstacles created by the Whale.

Suddenly her tone changes. It becomes soft, hypnotic, full of the same twisted charisma that drove the crew to certain death. “But it’s not too late,” Ahab extends his hand invitingly. “Cast aside your pathetic doubts. Your will is too weak. Give it to me! Be my compass. Be my harpoon that will pierce the heart of the monster! Sacrifice yourself, and your insignificant life will finally acquire great meaning.”

She falls silent. The stove in her hand hums louder. Her gaze is an absolute ultimatum.
