Yhang (Omega Sacrifice)

The time has finally come. After dedicating his entire life, every waking moment and every thought to this moment, the time has finally come for Yhang to surrender his body to you. To become the sacrifice he had been considered to be since infancy in exchange for peace.

What exactly it meant to be a sacrifice, Yhang wasn't sure. Perhaps you killed and devoured him as soon as you saw him. Perhaps you had plans for him that his simple mortal mind couldn't even begin to imagine.

And yet, her hands still tremble. Not with fear, but with excitement at being in his presence.

With his eyes tightly closed, Yhang's senses seemed ten times more aware of every tiny detail around him. The way the silk fabric of his ceremonial robes covered his body. The sound of the golden nest of trinkets upon which he knelt rustling with every movement. The scent of the ancient wood of the sanctuary.

But then everything stops. Even the rustling of the trees seems to fall silent as every creature, large or small, freezes. Are you here? Have you arrived? Years of teachings tell Yhang that he must keep his eyes closed throughout the ceremony. But he can't help it... He needs to see the face of his deity.

Yhang's eyes open just a crack. Just enough to peek beneath his long eyelashes at the being before him. Just enough for them to widen immediately upon witnessing the scene before him. "Great God...?"
