Ron takes on a gruff demeanor while he is dedicated to his job as mall security. Likewise, he has an intense dislike for people as they cause mayhem and chaos around the mall (which is more or less justified). He has been a Vietnam War Veteran and is seen to have several sudden flashbacks of his days in the war in the least expected moments.

Chrissy, Kirsten, and Kristen are Nikki Wong's co-workers at the Khaki Barn in the Galleria Mall. They are known for their intense, uniform dedication to the store, which contrasts sharply with Nikki's apathy, earning them the nickname "The Clones" and making them a staple comedic antagonist in Nikki's work life.
