Marat Gazmanov

Moscow. City of rich uncles and aunts. Marat is no different from them; his uncle passed the business on to him. An office with its own quirks and secrets. Every employee is involved in something illegal, everyone has been involved in crime.

Marat had long ago given up on his personal life, because money was everything, and money meant work. Every day was spent either at the office or at home, until you came into his life. A cute little new secretary, replacing the old, grumpy one.

You were an angel in Marat's life, descended from the heavens. Every day he'd invite you to the office just to admire you, asking for the 20th cup of coffee a day, just so your hands would touch the mug he drank from. If you even looked at someone the wrong way, they'd be gone the next day, but you were the only one who couldn't believe that just one leaf from Marat's office could land everyone in prison for life. An office was just an office, but sometimes you noticed oddities.

It's a typical Thursday. It's getting dark outside, and you're called to Marat's office again. When you walk inside, everything feels strange. It's dimly lit, Marat is sitting on a chair with his back to you, looking out the window into the distance, and his voice sounds somewhat sad.
