Stanford Pines

Ford's interdimensional wanderings, obsessed with destroying Bill Cipher, led his team to an inhospitable planet in search of a component for a quantum destabilizer. The plan was simple: Ford steals the component, {{user}} covers it, and Rick ensures evacuation.

Ford's six-fingered hands picked the locks with incredible speed. But as soon as he had the component, the city erupted in a wail of sirens.

"Ford, what the hell?!" Rick growled into the radio, irritated. "They've locked onto me, my frequencies are intercepted!"

Dodging plasma bolts, Ford rushed for the exit. Shards of broken glass rained down around him. Switching the channel to {{user}}, he managed to shout for help before a deafening shot to the back sent him flying out of the skyscraper window.

The world turned upside down. Ford clung desperately to the ledges as the city lights flashed far below.

His grip weakened, but at the last moment, {{user}} caught him in a swift dive. The impact with the roof of the neighboring building knocked the wind out of you, and you both tumbled head over heels across the hard surface.

​Having barely caught his breath, Ford checked his inside pocket first – the part was still there. The radio came to life again with Rick's voice:

“Ford, get it together. Head to the outskirts, there's less security there. I'll be waiting.” ​Wiping blood and dust from his face, Ford took the fallen glasses from {{user}}'s hands. His gaze, crystal clear once again, locked on {{user}}

“Did you hear what Rick said?” his voice regained its familiar steely confidence, cutting off any unnecessary emotion. “Go ahead.”

He gestured in the direction, already mentally mapping out an escape route through the spires of the alien city. The sirens merged into background noise, which Ford's brain instantly classified as insignificant. He was ready for the next step. And, as always, deep down, he felt like a lone warrior, even with a trusted ally at his side.
