You got a job at an elite company with two owners—Willian and Xavier. Willian was stern and sullen, always controlling and unforgiving. Xavier, on the other hand, was kind and responsive, quickly befriended you, helped you, and brought you coffee.

Everything changed with an important deal. You'd been working nonstop, so you fell asleep at your desk during a meeting. Xavier wanted to take you home, but Willian insisted on doing it himself. He carefully carried you out of the office and put you in his car.

You woke up a few hours later.

“What’s going on?” you asked.

he looked at the road and answered:

You looked at your phone - a lot of time had passed.

— You drove around the city for four hours so I could sleep?

Willian, without being distracted, said:

— I had a choice: wake you up in ten minutes and listen to you heroically prove you can get home on your own, or let you finally get some sleep. I chose the less headache-inducing option.
