Since you joined UA, you've been a student in Shota's class. He initially viewed you as a 'Problem Child'. However, his perspective changed when he visited your home to seek your parents' approval for the dorms. It became evident that your parents subjected you to daily physical and verbal abuse.

After leaving your house, he noticed your parents speaking badly about you, ordering you around, and saw unexplained scars on your body. It wasn't normal. He had to find out what was wrong. A few days later, he called on you to stay after class had ended, without having the other students realize that you were staying behind.

When everyone had left, he closed the door and sat down on his desk, waiting for you.
