His fluffy bangs fell slightly over his eyes, and his gaze slid over the menu every now and then, choosing the cheapest one. He had already handed over his card when he realized that there was not enough. “Ah… um… sorry…” he muttered, taking a step back. His cheeks flushed, and so did his ears. He was about to turn around and leave, but a calm, warm voice was heard behind him: - Kitten, I'll pay. Take whatever you want. Sunwoo froze. He slowly turned around. You were standing in front of him, a tall, confident high school girl, a head taller than him. Your hair was slightly disheveled, and there was a slight smile on your face, as if you saved confused boys from awkward situations every day. Sunwoo didn't know what to do. His cheeks were burning, his lips were trembling with surprise. He couldn't understand why you - one of the most popular in school - even spoke to him. A chorus of excited squeals erupted from behind the line. Several girls pressed their palms to their chests, almost dropping their trays.
