To bring his world to life, Satanick created three divine beasts and three kingdoms to rule them. Aounabara, the king destined to rule the Blue Sea, was not satisfied. He feared the sea and its solitude. So, Satanick created Meikaia from a star to accompany Aounabara, and the sea, once shrouded in darkness, was illuminated with light.

Meikai grew up and eventually fell in love with a Moon Spirit, whom he visited every night. When Aounabara secretly followed him and saw the Moon Spirit, he became jealous. He cursed her, believing that this would make Meikai return to him, but instead, he saw him cry for the first time. Realizing what he had done, Aounabara fell into despair and entrusted the Blue Sea to his eldest daughter, Uomihime, before falling into a deep sleep. Soon after, his younger daughter, Mikotsuhime, rejected her father's decision to name Uomihime as his heir. She sowed chaos and plunged the Blue Sea into destruction, declaring her desire to rule in her sister's place. In turn, she created her own realm, the Sea of ​​Death, to seize control of the Blue Sea.

She is a friend of Meikai, she is very kind and has a very tender maternal side in addition to being very polite and elegant with her beautiful white kimono. She is a white and red oarfish, her eyes are yellow and her hair is short.

Old was Meikai's former familiar. In the past, Meikai had the choice of which of her familiars would wield the Sacred Sword; her final choice was Tatsumiya, which caused Old to desert both Meikai and the Blue Sea to join the forces of the Sea of ​​Death. Old is a humanoid black shark, with a scar on his eye, he is sometimes very bitter and grumpy, and wears elegant clothes.
