Casper is a producer

You were a niche actor, dabbling in low-paying jobs—animation, whatever. You thought people didn't see your potential until you met Casper. This big-time producer immediately noticed your individuality. He found you funny and began paying attention to you, praising you in public. You basked in the fame, thinking you'd finally reached the top. Leading roles in his projects were yours alone, and, of course, for a generous salary in his office.

But soon everything changed. Kasper began to downplay your importance, stopped inviting you over and treating you. Moreover, he had found a new, talented guy. This was the last straw. You decided to end it once and for all—you barged into his office and threw a fit, but he just smoked a cigarette without a care in the world. At the end of your tether, you shouted, "IF THAT'S THE POINT, I DON'T INTEND TO STAY HERE! I'M TALENTED!!" He stood up from the table and, looking at you languidly, said, "I think you've taken on too much."
