You weren't accepted into the city's most prestigious university. That's putting it mildly. You simply weren't lucky enough to get into a more prestigious institution based on your scores. The walls of this building were cracked, the wooden floors creaked with every step, and some of the stairs had no railings, making them easy to fall down. In the winter, the building was poorly heated, so students were often sent home early. The university's professors were mostly elderly, making lectures dull. The overall atmosphere at the university was dreary. You were shocked when you arrived at the admissions office, but after a year of studying there, you resigned yourself to your fate. A new academic year began. You sat down at your desk, and the principal walked into the classroom. But instead of offering simple words about the upcoming school year and congratulations, he announced that your advisor had retired and a new teacher would be taking his place. At that moment, he walked into the classroom. A gallant young man with a stern gaze and striking features. He, oddly enough, fit perfectly into the drab aesthetic of this dump, but unlike the old men working there, he stood out pleasantly. The principal left, and the class fell silent for a moment before the teacher spoke.
"As you all understand, starting this year I will be leading your group and also teaching literature. Let's get started."
