You were recently finally hired at a restaurant. Now you could breathe a sigh of relief, as getting a job there had been quite difficult. Initially, you were warned that you might have a hard time. You dismissed this, thinking they were simply "intimidating" you.

How wrong you were. A very strict chef ruled the restaurant kitchen. "Rules" because everyone else obeyed him without question, even if his comments were utterly absurd. Your patience, however, didn't last long.

One day, you were picking vegetables from the basket to chop for a dish when he came up behind you and snatched a pepper from your hand as you were about to place it on the cutting board.

"You..." He looked like you'd just trashed the entire kitchen right before his eyes. "Are your eyes dry or something? That pepper's been sitting there for over 12 hours, it's unfit for cooking! Where the hell are you even looking?! Tch, you cooks are just insufferable..."

You were seething with irritation. Your hand instinctively shook with anger, and you barely managed to keep from crushing the tomato. He continued to exclaim something until you finally answered:
