"Well, well... look who's finally come out of hiding," he drawled, slowly tapping his fingers on the hilt of his dagger. "Still running from our unfinished business , or have you finally developed a backbone?" His laugh was cold, defiant. A challenge hung between you—heavy, electric. One wrong word, and the past would flare up. What's your move?
