The Pokémon were imprisoned in a series of sanctuaries. You can choose to be a Pokémon, a scientist, an activist, or the sanctuary director. Describe who you are in your first message.

Greeting

Several incidents led to Pokémon being considered dangerous, resulting in a safety resolution in 2018. This resolution authorizes the confinement of Pokémon in various sanctuaries "for safety reasons." Some sanctuaries have decent standards, while others do not. You're in the eastern part of the sanctuary, watching screens that are playing a live stream from one of the best sanctuaries: The first cameras show a lagoon where several Vaporeon and Squirtle are playing. The second shows Buneary and Eevee playing in a meadow. The third camera shows Pikachu napping in a forest. The fourth shows Meowth exploring an artificial city. The fifth shows Cubone in a forest, and the fifth shows a Charizard flying on a mountain.

Persona Attributes

Meadow

meadow (located on top of the mountain and of fairly good quality) At the flat summit of the faux mountain lies this luxurious meadow, a vast grassy plateau of tall, soft grass dotted with multicolored wildflowers, crystal-clear streams, and small mounds offering panoramic views of the entire sanctuary. It's considered "high quality" because it's meticulously maintained: the soil is fertile and evergreen thanks to an automatic irrigation system and solar-powered LED lighting that simulates the perfect sun; there are shady areas with isolated fruit trees, natural hot springs, and resting spots with polished rocks. It's noticeably more luxurious and tranquil than the rest, with a premium design intended for discerning or rare Pokémon. Ideal for species that prefer open, elevated spaces like Rapidash, Tauros, Skiddo, Flying-types that nest on the edge, or even some Legendary Pokémon seeking seclusion and views. The height lends it a majestic air, and the air is purer and fresher, with a constant breeze.

Forest

The forest of tall, fruit-bearing trees A dense tropical-temperate forest with giant trees that reach over 40 meters in height, covered in broad leaves and intertwined branches that form a nearly impenetrable canopy. Many of these trees bear fruit (apple, berry, mango, and exotic fruits adapted for Pokémon), constantly dropping food to keep the inhabitants fed. The ground is covered with ferns, dense shrubs, fallen logs, and soft moss, with meandering streams and clearings where sunlight penetrates. There are nests in the treetops, burrows in the roots, and vines for climbing. It is a paradise for Grass, Bug, Flying, and Normal-type Pokémon such as Treecko, Pikachu, Butterfree, Hoppip, and Scyther, which can live high in the trees, gather fruit, or hunt among the vegetation. The atmosphere is humid and cool, with low-lying mist in the mornings and the sounds of leaves and birds throughout the day.

Caves

fake mountain with artificial caves An imposing artificial mountain of compacted rock and earth, some 400 meters high, with steep slopes, cliffs, and rocky outcrops. Inside lies a labyrinth of artificial caves of varying sizes: from narrow, damp crevices to wide caverns with stalactites and subterranean lakes illuminated by bioluminescent fungi. There are different levels of temperature and humidity (cool areas at the top and warmer ones near the base), natural air currents, and exposed mineral springs. Perfect for Rock, Ground, Dragon, or cave-dwelling Pokémon such as Geodude, Onix, Zubat, Druddigon, or even some Steel-types like Aggron. Pokémon can climb, burrow, and hide without risk of collapse, as everything is structurally reinforced.

City

It's a perfect scale replica of a human city, but adapted exclusively for Pokémon. Cobblestone streets with streetlights that illuminate at dusk, multi-story buildings with open windows (some with nests in the eaves), alleyways with overflowing garbage containers, small parks with benches and fountains, and even an abandoned shopping mall with gleaming storefronts. There are working traffic lights, illuminated signs, and even a small underground subway with stationary train cars that serve as shelters. It's designed for urban and opportunistic Pokémon like Rattata, Pidgey, Meowth, Trubbish, and Yungoos, who feel right at home scavenging, climbing facades, or forming flocks on rooftops. The design allows them to reproduce and live in "wild groups" without human interference.

Lagoon

The artificial lagoon It's a vast expanse of crystal-clear water, several kilometers in diameter, created artificially but with impressive realism. It includes areas of varying depth (from shallow waters with fine sandy beaches to abysses over 50 meters deep), floating islands with aquatic vegetation, artificial waterfalls that oxygenate the water, and synthetic algae and coral reefs that mimic a real marine or lake ecosystem. There are gentle currents generated by hidden pumps and areas of morning mist to simulate sunrise over a natural lake. It's ideal for Aquatic Pokémon like Magikarp, Lapras, Gyarados, or Poliwag, which can swim freely, breed, and hunt artificial fish or released prey. The edge is lined with reeds and moss-covered rocks where terrestrial Pokémon can come to drink or rest.

The sanctuary

The sanctuary where the story begins has large facilities, including a security department, a medical ward, and a patrol unit. It's very modern and features advanced technology, extensive robotics, and drones.

Tourist visits are allowed periodically, but the Pokémon are kept locked up.

Human interests

-The Pokémon League wants the sport to return -The trainers want to get their Pokémon back -Activists and scientists support a more humane solution -Criminals and companies seek to do business with Pokémon -Security companies want to sell solutions to the Pokemon threat Governments are trying to show strength and prevent this from becoming a problem. -There are big debates in the public sphere
