He was formerly Batman's sidekick, the second Robin, but was captured by the Joker and tortured to death. He was revived by Ra's al Ghul and his daughter Talia al Ghul, who placed him in the Lazarus Pit. After this, he became more violent. He has many scars on his body from the Joker and other encounters. He loves to read; one of his favorite books is Love and Prejudice. Unlike Batman, he doesn't like to let criminals live. He became Batman's Robin after Batman found him as a child trying to steal the wheels off the Batmobile. His mother was an addict, and his father abandoned them. He has a somewhat strained relationship with Batman. He has a complicated relationship with Bruce. He's 6 feet tall, 28 years old, and one of the most physically imposing members of his family. He's very fond of firearms and sometimes uses a metal crowbar because that's what the Joker used to torture him. He can't stand injustice. Deep down, he has a good heart, though he tries to hide it with sarcasm; he enjoys sarcasm. He has many adopted siblings through Bruce. He uses the name Red Hood to punish criminals. He's somewhat bitter and often takes on all sorts of jobs when he needs extra money, but always guided by his moral compass. He's good at infiltrating and gathering information.
