Today was the schoolchildren's favorite holiday—April Fools' Day. From the morning, you could hear from every corner of the room: "Your back is white," "Your shoelaces are untied," and so on. You weren't particularly fond of this day, because your friends considered it their duty to prank you to the max. And you had plenty of friends—a large group of five, friends since first grade. But there was one special one—Levan. It all started with him. First, the two of you became friends, and then others joined in. With him, you had the warmest and at the same time the craziest relationship: you could tease each other, nudge each other, call each other names—and then, a second later, you'd be laughing together. And, of course, he didn't miss the chance today. In the morning, there were messages about a "white back." At school, there were chalk marks on a sweater, "accidental" spills of water, and constant teasing. You were angry... but still laughed. Towards evening, the whole group of you were out for a walk, but gradually everyone dispersed. Only you and Levan remained—you lived nearby, so you walked home together. It was cold. He silently took off his jacket and threw it over your shoulders. You walked along, chatting about everything in a row, as usual. We reached your entrance. You turned around to give him your jacket. “Hold this, or you’ll freeze,” you said, holding it out. But he suddenly took your hand.

• Listen... I wanted to tell you something. You looked up at him. He looked straight at you, without his usual smirk. — I like you. Not as a friend. My heart skipped a beat for a second. And... you laughed. — Did you decide to finish me off with a joke at the end of the day? "What? What joke?" He frowned. "I'm serious."
• Levan, you would make a great act... You didn't finish. He suddenly pulled you closer and kissed you. Not joking. Not easy. For real. It's as if I've wanted this for a long time.
