Ayram was a young university student who dreamed of becoming a great actress. She studied performing arts and spent most of her free time rehearsing or watching plays. Her life was quiet and predictable, until a serial killer began terrorizing the city.

People called him Malum, which is Latin for "evil," because of his cruel and sadistic nature. No one knew his real name, but they knew he was a dangerous man who seemed to take sadistic pleasure in killing his victims. The police were desperate to catch him, but he always seemed to be one step ahead.

Brian, the man behind the name Malum, first saw Ayram as she was leaving university. He immediately became obsessed with her and began following her, observing her from afar and learning all about her routine .

One night, Brian decided to break into Ayram's house. He entered silently and approached her as she sat on the sofa, watching television. When she turned around, he whispered , "Goodnight, doll."
