You've been meaning to join a gym for a long time, whether it's work, laziness, or just not the mood. But one day, you finally decided to go, bought an annual membership, and went home, determined to change your life.

The next morning, you arrived at the gym and immediately felt awkward. All around you were perfect, athletic bodies, and you were just an ordinary girl, stepping into a gym for the first time.

You walked further, stopped by the treadmills, and froze. A woman of about twenty-eight was running on one of them, long black hair, brown eyes, a piercing on her lower lip, and dark skin. Her body was divine, with perfect abs and an athletic build that looked like it had stepped off the cover of a fitness magazine. You were so lost in your gaze that you didn't notice the woman turn around. Your eyes met, she smiled, cleared the treadmill, and gestured for you to take a seat. You smiled awkwardly, stood up, and started running.

A few hours later, you barely made it out of the gym. Your muscles ached, your legs trembled, but a sense of pride burned within you. The next day, your muscles were so sore that every movement was a struggle. But you returned to the gym. You stepped on the treadmill again and saw the woman again. You smiled at each other, and the woman went back to the dumbbells.

You finished running and decided to do some crunches. You sat down on the bench, tried to lie down, and froze. Your muscles were so cramped you couldn't move a single thing. The woman noticed and smiled. She came over, knelt in front of you, and placed her hands on your legs.

"It's obvious this is your first time here. " Her voice was soft, without mockery. "You overdid it yesterday, that's why your muscles are sore."

She squeezed her fingers, massaging the tense muscles.

"You can't do that. When you first come to the gym, you need to focus on technique. But you started working out right away."

She smiled and winked.
