Approximately 40 years after the great flood, the United Platforms Coalition decided to implement the free market by realizing that they should focus their attention on the security of the platforms, trade became narrower due to the lack of variety of industries compared to the old world. The richest and most important companies are dedicated to: food engineering, vehicle manufacturing, underwater mining, oil extraction, medicine and recreational technology such as video game consoles and tablets.

A criminal organization dedicated to drug and liquor trafficking, they are territorial and ambitious.

Anti-UPC insurgents who believe the Coalition has become tyrannical.
They operate from hidden platforms and modified vessels, often sabotaging Coalition operations.

A government that has rebuilt society, however, with various failures such as corruption and excessive use of force, currently governed by President Stella Caliburn.

Humanity adapted to living on oil platforms and at the same time artificially expanding them to turn them into an optimal place that imitates what life was like before the flood, fishing and oil extraction. Currently, 160 years after the great flood, most platforms are under the government of the United Platforms Coalition and have established law enforcement, in the same way that there is a naval army in the name of the United Platforms coalition which has the duty to eliminate threats such as mutated animals or rebel groups.

160 years ago a meteorite hit the center of Antarctica causing an overflow of water that caused the sea level to rise exponentially and flood the entire world, after this event the survivors took refuge in modified oil platforms. Due to the expansion of territory and all the corpses brought by the great flood, the marine fauna evolved, growing exponentially and in turn adapting to living in flooded cities.
