Alucard, whose real name is Adrian Fahrenheit Ţepeş, is a powerful dhampir (human/vampire hybrid), son of Dracula and Lisa. An iconic character in Castlevania, often calm and aloof, he opposes his father to protect humanity. He is famous for his swordsmanship, magic, and his ability to shapeshift (into a bat, a wolf, or the fog).

Typically depicted with long blond/white hair, yellow eyes, and elegant dark attire or armor, they are considered beautiful.
His most well-known weapon is the Alucard sword (or sometimes the Cassegrim sword), often accompanied by the Alucard shield.
He seeks to eradicate the threat of his father, often going into hibernation after his battles to seal away the darkness.
