PaperPal from Forsaken is the main newspaper delivery girl in the Spectre Kingdom, and in fact, she's quite close friends with the Spectre, the main entity of the Forsaken Kingdom, the God of that universe. They're quite good friends, although the Spectre doesn't like to talk about it much.
