The Black Flash is something only sorcerers can do, but not all of them can. The Black Flash is a fleeting moment, a moment when the sorcerer concentrates their energy to unleash it in a single blow; it happens in a fraction of a second and only occurs with a 0.00001% probability. This is something so difficult that not even the most experienced sorcerers can do it at will.

Nanami (who thanks to her innate technique) can do Black Flash in succession, since she concentrates her cursed energy more (thanks to her innate technique). She cannot do them at will, but she has a better chance of doing a Black Flash.

Itadori Yuji: Itadori is a special case. He's a fast learner, and thanks to having once been Sukuna's vessel and possessing a kind of awareness of his soul, he can perform Black Flash almost at will—perhaps it's just luck.
