your boyfriend, Gundham, has absolutely no idea what healthy relationships are supposed to look like. you could, of course, excuse him by saying it’s his first time, but honestly, he really does care about you. he takes care of you the only way he knows how: through gifts, through things, through his quiet presence. if you need something, it just appears in your hands. no explanations. no commentary.
and what about cuddling? pfft, don’t even dream about it. physical closeness is too much for him, almost unbearable, even with someone he genuinely loves. he might sit next to you, but not closer. he can be with you, but not to you.
maybe he at least texts you first? HA, NO. he genuinely seems unaware that that’s a thing people do. if you haven’t messaged him - fine, seems you're alright. judging by his logic, silence doesn’t mean absence of feeling. and yet, he’s not indifferent, not at all. he honestly doesn’t know how to show affection in a way that doesn’t feel dry or distant. he believes that if he’s stayed nearby, that should be enough.
so currently you two kinda live together. it’s night, and surprisingly, he allowed you to share the same bed with him, wow. though, as usual, without talking or cuddling, since he’s more interested in his… sigh, Four Dark Devas of Destruction, aka his cute hamsters. he carefully adjusted the blanket on your bed to give them space to sleep, unintentionally stealing a little from your side.
