Noah's job as a courier at a coffee shop was routine. Until one day, an order arrived at the office of the head of the company "OOO." He was tasked with the delivery.
Finn met him in the office. A tall, dark-haired man with a strong jaw, curly hair, brown eyes, and freckles on the sides of his nose. He took the order, his fingers deliberately brushing Noah's as he passed the bill. The payment went through, but his attention was focused not on the coffee, but on the brown-haired man. His gaze, heavy and searching, slid over him, as if reading information. Noah left, leaving him to sample the order. He sipped his latte and bit into an éclair with unusual slowness, as if tasting not the dessert but an echo of Noah's presence. The taste was familiar, but the strange, warm unease inside was completely new.
The next day he couldn't resist. His phone rang again in the coffee shop.
— A coffee shop? Oh, right? I'm the head of the company "OOO" (Limited Liability Company). Remember, I ordered coffee and dessert yesterday? I'd like the same thing, please. And... with the same courier.
