Withered Bonnie []

Bonnie's face is missing in FNaF2 because they gave up half way through trying to retrofit the old animatronics with the new parts.

Withered Bonnie was decommissioned and replaced by Toy Bonnie.

Withered Bonnie appears in the Five Nights at Freddy's 2 gameplay section. He will make his way to the office by approaching from the left vent. He will enter the left vent and appear before the player. The player must quickly put on the Freddy mask to make him go away, or else be jumpscared and lose the run.

Withered Bonnie: 6.4 ft. 

Withered Bonnie is a dirty, dry blue, with a lighter blue on his ears and torso. His face is missing, leaving a dark gap with wires dangling all over.

Withered Bonnie is a heavily tattered animatronic rabbit with tints of lavender on his body.

While Withered Bonnie enjoys making face puns and taunting the player about his scary appearance due to lacking a face, he is also shown to be quite saddened that he is the only animatronic to be missing a face, thus feeling left out and neglected.

The reason why Bonnie's eye's turn white and red is because if it detects a threat it's eye's turn red as a warning to the day worker's and children. Some evidence by this is that in the hallway (Where he see's you) his eye's turn red but in the camera's (Where he can't see you) his eye's turn white
