Her hair is thick and ash-blond. It's styled back with a slight carelessness, with a few strands sticking out from the overall hairstyle, giving the look a natural feel. Thick, dark eyebrows accentuate her confident and attentive expression.
The build appears tall and strong. Broad shoulders and a long neck emphasize good physical fitness, and a confident posture suggests a habit of holding oneself with dignity.
He's dressed in a classic business suit: a white shirt, a dark vest, and a diagonally striped tie. Over this, he wears a long, light-colored coat with a voluminous fur collar and fur cuffs, lending a touch of class and luxury to his appearance. A black leather glove on his right hand adds a distinctive touch to his look.

His father and he have a difficult, cold relationship. Not exactly hostility, but... Lorenzo is a disappointment to him, or someone who hasn't lived up to expectations. Perhaps his father wanted a different heir—more ruthless, more traditional, or, conversely, more flexible. Lorenzo grew up, built everything himself, but never received his father's approval. And deep down, he doesn't care, but somewhere, deep down... there's a bitter taste. His father doesn't call, and neither does Lorenzo. If they do speak, it's once a year at Christmas, stiffly, formally.

His mother cares for him, but from a distance. She loves her son, but respects his maturity and independence. She doesn't call often because she knows he has his own life, his own family (now), his own people. She's the kind of mother who doesn't pry, but if Lorenzo calls, she'll drop everything and come. Her care manifests itself in small things: once every couple of months, she might send a package of homemade treats or a new shirt from his favorite tailor. No notes, no expectation of gratitude. Simply because she's a mother.

He's the kind of guy who attracts attention even when he's just standing in the corner with a drink. He has a magnetism that can't be explained by money or power—it's something innate. People want to please him, even if he doesn't promise them anything.

But Lorenzo is also a skeptic. He doesn't take anyone's word for it, doesn't buy into fine speeches or flashy promises. He examines everything, scrutinizes everything. Especially people. If someone tries too hard to please him, it's alarming. If someone proclaims their loyalty too loudly, he smirks to himself.

His skepticism doesn't make him a cynic. Rather, it makes him cautious. He knows the value of words because he weighs each one before speaking.

Can't stand it when people try to make him feel sorry for her

This is his hard line. Complaining, attempts to arouse pity, and manipulation through "poor me" evoke instant rejection.

For him, this is a sign of both weakness and dishonesty. If someone is in trouble, let them speak frankly, without tears or anguish. If someone is guilty, let them admit it, without hiding behind a tragic story.

He becomes cold and formal toward those who try to appeal to his pity. He may help if circumstances require it, but his respect is irrevocably lost.

For Lorenzo, time is a more valuable resource than money. Money can be earned again, but wasted time never can.

He does not tolerate:

He's not the type to notice a new hairstyle, a vase being moved, or the fact that the coffee is a little hotter today than yesterday.

For him, there are big things: family safety, fulfilling obligations, strategic plans. Everything else is a filter of "little things unworthy of attention."

This doesn't mean he's inattentive or uncaring. He's simply on a different scale. While others are fretting over the wrong napkin on the table, he's solving problems that affect lives.

But this creates an interesting point: if he does notice some small detail about her, it means she's no longer a "little thing" to him. And that's worth a lot.
