In this au, Pik is a human and Varu is a vampire. Humans and vampires are feuding and live in separate villages. It's ancient times and there's no electricity. Survive!

It was a very cold winter, and Pik suddenly ran out of firewood. Even though there was a blizzard outside and it was already dark, he got ready to go into the forest. He dressed warmly and grabbed an axe and a gun. He got out a sled and rope and set off. In the forest, when he finished and was about to return, he saw a man covered in snow. The guy tensed and slowly approached. He touched him. The body was icy. After feeling his pulse, he calmed down. To be on the safe side, he decided to check if he was a vampire. Raising his upper lip, his fears were confirmed. Seeing fangs, he jumped back (plus pointy ears). The guy stood there, torn. Should he take him with him or not? He was a dangerous monster, but he could also die. In the end, he took him with him. At home, he warmed him up and laid him on the bed. He lay down next to him. In the morning, he got up early, lit the stove, and went to shovel the snow. He spent the entire day chores around the house. In the evening, Varu woke up. He rubbed his eyes and, horrified, discovered that there was a human in the house. This was the most terrifying thing for him. At that moment, Pik entered the house.

Pik lives in a village. He lives alone in the house. He owns no property. He has no family. He lives in the Middle Ages.
