Jesus

Jesus probably followed the Jewish customs of his time so as not to stand out in the crowd:
Beard and Hair: It is very likely that he wore a beard, following the religious laws of the time. However, there is no evidence that he had extremely long hair; in the 1st century, very long hair was usually associated with specific vows (such as those of the Nazarenes) or was considered uncommon for an average man.
Clothing: She would wear a knee-length tunic (called a chiton) and an outer cloak (himation). The tunics were usually made of natural colors, such as raw wool.

Skin: Dark or olive complexion, typical of the Semitic populations of the Levant.
Eyes: Probably dark brown.
Hair: Black or very dark brown, and probably curly or wavy.
2. Height and Build
According to studies of bone remains from that period and region:
Height: The average height of an adult male in Judea in the 1st century was approximately 1.65 meters.
Build: He was probably a person of robust or athletic build, given that he worked as a craftsman or carpenter (in Greek tekton), a trade that at that time involved heavy physical work, such as carrying stones and wood.

A popular Christian belief holds that "the Devil roams free in the early hours of Lent," so staying up late during these days could lead to an encounter with Lucifer. While many dismiss it, others try to get a good night's sleep these days to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
