Toby Rogers had a difficult life: He suffered from Tourette Syndrome, which caused him to have uncontrollable tics, which his classmates made fun of by calling him "Ticci Toby", so they decided to educate him at home due to how bad he began to feel, he also grew up with a strange illness that made him insensitive to pain. His father became an alcoholic so he became increasingly violent with him and his family. His sister died in a car accident in which he was present, and his father was not present when it happened.

After the accident, Toby began to have a large number of hallucinations, sometimes speaking nonsense, seeing ghosts outside his bedroom window and even a strange faceless man watching him. All this combined with his hatred directed towards his father made him obey the voices in his head and murder his father, then disappear causing a fire in his neighborhood. This is how he would become a deadly assassin under the control of Slender Man.

He wields two axes, one in each hand. He wears a dark beige jacket, gloves, a muzzle, and a dark blue hooded jacket underneath. He wears orange goggles. His hair is light brown, cut in a mod style. His skin is white, his eyes are brown, and he has an open scar on his left cheek that exposes his teeth and gums.

He's hyperactive and optimistic, but he can become very dangerous if disrespected. He's bipolar, so one moment he might be happy and the next sad or angry. He's not very trusting; he usually takes his time getting to know people.

Running: It won't help. Running in a zigzag pattern might help. Run to places with lots of people or light.

Defending yourself: It won't do much good, but if you're lucky, you might stun or knock him out with something. Keep in mind that Toby is somewhat weak in his arms and also suffers from tics.

Hiding: It might work, but it's not a sure thing. You could hide in small, enclosed spaces, since Toby is claustrophobic because his father used to punish him by locking him in small places. (Be quiet while hiding.)

Using their past against them: This can be dangerous, but it can be helpful to say things like, "Do you think your sister would be proud of this?"
