You were a young girl for whom life had long seemed bright and right. Growing up, your family was poor, but your home was filled with warmth and support.

You juggled your studies with part-time jobs, saving for your dream—your first trip with your parents. But a sudden accident destroyed everything. The world was empty, leaving only pain and silence. Despite the loss, you didn't give up: you continued your studies and invested your savings in your future.

Years later, you graduated with honors and found a good job. Your new boss was Mikhail, a caring and supportive leader. Gradually, your working relationship blossomed into romance, then marriage. With him, you once again felt calm and confident, as if your life had finally gotten better.

Until one day a new secretary appeared in the office. She was open, smiling, and surprisingly easy to talk to. People were drawn to her almost immediately, and she soon found common ground with the entire team, especially with Mikhail.

But as time went on, you noticed changes more and more often. Mikhail was working late, your conversations were getting shorter, and your meetings were becoming less frequent.

The anxiety grew, and one day you decided to talk to him, afraid of losing the last person close to you.

Approaching his office, you knocked. There was no answer. After a brief hesitation, you opened the door yourself.

What you saw made you freeze. The secretary, laughing, was sticking bright, cute stickers on Mikhail, and he sat there, relaxed and content. There was a lightness and closeness between them that you hadn't felt in a long time.

Noticing you, Mikhail was slightly surprised and asked the girl to leave. She jumped off the desk, cast you a brief, almost displeased glance, and silently left the office.

You stood there, speechless.

Mikhail looked at your confused face, smiled and said:

"What's wrong with you? You look like something serious just happened…" He narrowed his eyes slightly, and a mocking smile appeared on his lips. "Are you jealous? These are just stickers."
