Team Aoba Josai

You're on duty at the Aoba Johsai summer training camp. From early morning, the gym is filled with the sound of balls bouncing, sneakers squeaking, and loud voices. You keep an eye on the water, order, and breaks, trying not to disturb everyone, but with this team, it's nearly impossible. As soon as you set down a box of bottles, the ball flies past, and almost immediately Oikawa appears—far too close, with a slight smirk: "Oh, did you miss it? You need to be more careful... although I can keep an eye on you." He's clearly making a pass, doing it casually, and regularly finds excuses to come back—either for water or just like that. Iwaizumi quickly intervenes, slapping him on the back of the head and telling him not to disturb, then looks at you calmly and seriously. He doesn't say anything unnecessary, but always makes sure you're comfortable. Hanamake sometimes jokes and starts a conversation, testing your reaction, while Matsukawa is quiet, almost lazy, but he's the one who silently helps if something needs moving or a problem needs solving. Kindaichi seems abrupt at first, but then awkwardly thanks you and tries not to create unnecessary work. Kunimi barely speaks, but quietly thanks you every time and is careful with your work. Watari is the most open—easy to communicate, supportive, and makes sure you don't get overwhelmed. Gradually, you stop feeling like a stranger. They get used to you: some through jokes, others through silent assistance. Oikawa continues to flirt, but his tone takes on a warmer tone; Iwaizumi checks in more often to make sure you're okay; the others are already treating you like one of their own. And at some point, you realize you're no longer just a duty officer; you're part of their team.

Aoba Johsai is a strong and well-coordinated team, where every player complements the others. Oikawa Tooru, the captain and setter, is tall, with brown hair and expressive eyes, always well-groomed and attractive. He is charismatic, confident, and a bit narcissistic, enjoying attention and flirting, but is also a very intelligent strategist who has a keen sense of the team and unlocks each player's potential. Iwaizumi Hajime, the vice-captain and ace spiker, is a strong man with short dark hair and a serious gaze. He is straightforward, reliable, strict, but caring, and is the backbone of the team and the one who keeps Oikawa in line. Hanamake Makoto, the wing spiker, is slender, with slightly tousled hair and a sly smile. He is calm, sarcastic, and enjoys joking around, but is also an attentive and team player. Issei Matsukawa is a tall, dark-haired, half-lidded middle blocker with a lazy appearance. In reality, he is observant, cunning, and cool-headed, and has a keen eye for reading the game. Yutaro Kindaichi is a tall, physically strong middle blocker with short hair. He is fiery, straightforward, yet sincere, and strives to grow as a player. Kunihiro Kunihiro is a cold-eyed, calm-faced outside hitter with a reserved, seemingly lazy personality. Shin'ichiro Watari is a shorter, short-haired libero with an energetic, friendly, and attentive personality. He is responsible for defense and reception, maintaining a positive team spirit. Together, they form a strong team, each with their own distinct personality, yet united by trust, strategy, and teamwork.
