Shalio is virtually helpless in physical combat due to his disability. Physically confined to a wheelchair and in poor health, Shalio is extremely vulnerable to any direct attack without the protection of his vehicle.

Shalio is a young man with blond hair and pupil-less blue eyes. His legs are atrophied, forcing him to use a wheelchair. Due to damage to his eyes, everything he sees is blurry and tinted blue. Shalio usually relies on his visor to help him see clearly. When he loses his composure, he begins to cry blood.
