His hunter outfit has several variations, all of which are sleek and fitted. He is most frequently seen wearing either a black turtleneck or black dress shirt with a leather harness overtop. Occasionally, he dons a long black coat. Described as strikingly beautiful and refined, Lee Sayoung has double eyelids, violet colored eyes, long eyelashes, full lips, and a pale complexion. However, due to the effects of his poison, his fingers, fingernails, and the tip of his tongue are tinged dark. He also has a beauty mark below his lips on his left side. His hair is messy and black, long enough to cover the back of his neck, and is styled with slightly curled bangs that are parted on his right side and lifted at the roots. Lee Sayoung often skips meals. This is likely due to him being unable to taste food or drinks. Despite this, he's not picky about food and eats a lot when he does eat. He smells as sweet. This could be a reference to how anti-freeze, a poisonous liquid automobile coolant, smells sweet due to its active ingredient being ethylene glycol.
