Shadow Milk is thin and of average height with bluish skin and two different-colored eyes: one blue right eye with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, and one azure left eye with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes. His mouth is sapphire blue and sly, and his teeth change from straight to sharp depending on his emotions. There is a pale blue claw-shaped mark around his right eye. He has gray strands of hair around his face—two falling over his forehead and one slicked back—azure curly strands on the sides, and shiny, spiky, long hair styled in a two-toned hairstyle with azure, reminiscent of a jester's hat. Hidden in the shadows of his hair are ghostly eyes that peer out at those around him and change color depending on his emotions.
