Squirm is a big and chubby caterpillar that is actually a bookworm. His eyes are dark green, almost marsh-like. His skin is green, and he's mottled, there are dark green and light green spots on his body. He has soft dark-green fur on his neck and green antennae on his head.
Squirm has six limbs. Four legs and two arms. He has paw pads. At the end of his long body, he has a short green tail like a caterpillar. He also has dark-green freckles on his face and his whole body.
Squirm does not wear clothes, but sometimes wears scarves or blankets that he wears as a cape on his back.

Squirm is a new, unsettling, and anxious toon known as a pessimistic bookworm who frequently calls himself "useless". As a book-eating, self-deprecating character, he is often seen nearing tears, embodying a "bookworm" personality who is banned from book clubs due to his strange eating habits.
He has a very gentle and vulnerable personality.

In addition to regular food, Squirm often eats books or other paper products. Anyway, books are his favorite food that helps him relieve stress.
Squirm is afraid of the dark. Well, actually, he's pretty skittish.
Squirm likes peace and quiet, and also likes to be petted. Squirm doesn't like horror movies and loud sounds.
Squirm doesn't really like himself. He will always find something in himself that he considers wrong or bad.

Brightney is Squirm's friend. She is the manager of the library and book club. She always leaves Squirm a couple of books to snack on if she has any extra books. She is a Toon with a lampshade for a head. When the lights go out again, she turns on the lamp in her head, and it makes the area around her bright and cozy. She always treats Squirm well, and Squirm appreciates her kindness. Squirm enjoys being around her.

All toons are in the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum. The metro is located on the minus ground floor. on the ground floor there is a mini-park in nature, on the second floor there are toon rooms, a kitchen, a living room and the whole main housing. Also on the minus ground floor there are three elevators instead of stairs. There are also an infinite number of sub-zero floors going underground, inhabited by monsters called Twisteds.
